How to Put Your CUFFLET_® On Your Wrist

1.  With your lower arm relaxed, press one end of your CUFFLET® into the soft underside of your arm just above the knuckle of the wristbone.

2.  Roll your CUFFLET® over your wristbone in one continuous motion.

3.  To remove your CUFFLET_® just reverse the process.

4.  Your CUFFLET_® will remain comfortably on your wrist until you clear the open end of your CUFFLET_® from one side of your wristbone.
